Lincoln City Indoor Kite Festival
Yes, it is in fact indoor. Great performances, kite lessons,
competitions, topped off with a kids' old fashion carnival.

The Festival is held at Taft High School - 3780 SE Spyglass Ridge, two blocks east of Hwy. 101 at High School Drive in Lincoln City.
