Brachiosaurus




Pronounced: brake-e-o-SAWR-us

Literally, "arm lizard"

Brachiosaurus was one of the largest dinosaurs of all time. He was 86 feet long, his head was 46 feet from the ground, and his estimated live weight was over 85 tons. A harmless plant-eater, he lived during the lower Cretaceous period, some 125 million years ago.
