Pronounced: TRAK-o-don

Literally, "rough-tooth"

Trachocon was one of the many duck billed dinosaurs that lived in the swamp of the late Cretaeous period, 70 million years ago. A defenseless plant eater, 28 feet long, weighing from 6 to 8 tons, he was probably the favorite food of Tyrannosaurus.
