Pet Safety and Information

Oregon Parks and Recreation Department made a pamplet that outlines the rules for pets in state parks. We recommend you download the
Oregon Coast Pet Information Pamphlet

Need reasons to follow their rules? Here are some good reasons from their pamphlet:

They might dig, roll or fall into some thing dangerous or very, very dirty!
They might harass wildlife.
They might ransack garbage.
They might wander into others’ campsites.
They might get into fights with other people’s pets.
You could get costly citations.
They might scare children or other visitors.
They might get hit by a car.
They might bite someone.
They might get lost.
